b11038, running on Windows 10
The space to configure the description and default values for lists and map attributes in a behavior is too cramped.
On maps, you cannot see the values properly, it is slightly smaller than lists (when those are using the expected size).
On lists, it's occupying half of the dedicated space for default value and description. If you add a value to the list (with the pop up to select the type), it expands to the expected size. This happens with newly created lists and with empty lists that already exist when you open the behavior. Lists with default values are using the full space.
It also seems that behaviors written before this build (I know from b10658 and older) that have lists with default values will still have the cramped space.
Sample Game:
Open the "Test Behavior", and compare the space between the "List", "List Default", "Map" and "Map Default" attributes.
