Stencyl 4.1.2 failed to install a few files; test game function won't work

I encountered a problem with Stencyl regarding missing files (Windows64 folder, ndll.index and ndll-eced) in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Stencyl\libs\haxelib\Stencyl\lime\6bd1a9b7a3dd9352f9c584799ed3dfcd143dcd87\ndll. This caused me to be unable to use the "Test Game" function. The issue was resolved after I got someone to pass me the missing files and extracted it into the folder.
