unable to download resources

I am unable to download resources from the StencylForge.
every attempt leads to the same error

"Could not download this resource
The connection was aborted, or the resource was not fully uploaded to our servers.  Let the author know by clicking Report a Bug."

as this happens for anything we try to download it does not appear to be an issue with the resources.

This is fixed now. It was a problem on the server, not in any specific version of Stencyl.
