When i try to download Pencyl it loads to 100% then says Ouch, an error occurred. I've gone through the forums and to people with similar problems you've replied Generate logs... But could you please elaborate on what this means, and how to use logs to get Pencyl or connect them to Pencyl? I'm having a hard time following this sorry, thanks for your time.

When we ask a user to generate logs, we're asking for the logs that Stencyl creates when it runs into a problem, as well as normal information that Stencyl prints out as you use it. You can "generate logs" by going to "Tools > Logs > Generate Logs" in Stencyl. Then you can upload them, and we can look at the logs to determine the problem.
Since this is already fixed, you don't need to do so. However, you do need to wait until the next public release of Stencyl since you don't have a subscription. In the meantime, you can try using a different image editor. File > Preferences > Editors > Image Editor. Here's a list of some image editors you might want to consider, if you don't already have one.
