Suggestion Issue: Click-and-drag to select multiple blocks in Design Mode

As stated in #809, I think being able to explicitly select multiple blocks would be useful for ease of use, as well as clarity in what exactly will be affected by context menu items.

  • Selections are made by clicking on uncovered parts of the edit area, and dragging to include blocks.
  • If you drag over multiple groups of blocks, this will create multiple selections.
  • Mouse-based interactions, if done on a selected block, will also apply to all *attached* blocks in the same selection.
    • This includes dragging, shift-dragging, alt-dragging, and right-click context actions
    • Some menu items ("view help" and "find in ...") will only be applicable if a single block is selected.
  • All actions, if done on a single block, will now apply ONLY to that single block, and any children if the block is a wrapper.

Added in b10412. There seem to be some rendering issues on macOS, so I'll look at those.
