A bookmark block with a title field.

If an event has bookmark blocks in it, the event can be expanded as a tree element in the side bar, with a listing of its bookmarks, sorted by line number, with each bookmark donning its title. When you click a bookmark, you are taken to the location in the event where the bookmark resides.
