Fixed Bugs (3.x) / Regions and Terrain doesn't work

I opened my game this morning and after some minutes I saw regions and terrain didn't work anymore, everything in the game now is useless, dialogues, transitions between scenes, nothing works... I don't know why, but my game now is full of problems, yesterday everything worked fine... please help me, what can I do?

Hi guys sorry for my bad english
I have a great problem, my game does not recognize big actors and shows me an error, someone can help me?

P.S.: with this big actor game was succesfull compilated, after i change the name of the actor it shows me the error
