Ask a Question / controls do not work in Flash Browser

When I try to test a game in the Flash Browser Platform the controls do not work. I am using the free version.

Ask a Question / welcome area is blank

I downloaded the free version & the welcome area is completely blank.... Is it a bug or something else? When I downloaded the program a few weeks ago everything was there, now its all gone. I tried downloading the sample games (there are only a few now...) & putting them in the games folder but still nothing. Help
