Place an actor on the Scene Designer, go to the Inspector tab, and check customize. Change the values of the attributes. Those changes are not reflected on the game when testing, keeping the values from the "original actor" (from the "Actors" tab on the side panel).
There might be more to it, as the test game has the actors drawing attributes on screen, but only the "non-customized" one is drawing (the top one). The one below is not drawing anything. Furthermore, the behavior also prints the vaules of the attributes when created, but only one set of prints (the one for the "non-customized" actor, on top) are showing up. It looks as if the "customized" actor doesn't have any behavior executing at all.
