Ask a Question / Dynamic Lighting Support?
« on: October 06, 2015, 10:40:25 am »
I've probably asked a really stupid question so please forgive me. I know it might of been asked before.
So it comes down to this, is it possible to use dynamic lighting in a game made with stencyl?
I've wanted to make a horror styled game where the lighting is similar to Terraria's flashlight mechanics where light will show only where there is openings in blocks or there is a light hanging from a ceiling that when hit and moves will have the light source move with it.
This is for a platformer styled game. I just wanted to know if it's possible to do, how to do it, and if it can be done in stencyl alone.
Thanks for taking the time to read and assist me with this.
