Ahoy!

I am trying to learn how to build a new game except none of Actors I have downloaded  are working. Each one that I have downloaded, a message pops up saying

" Actors cannot have 0-Frame animations.  Player 1 had a 0-frame animation ('jumpLeft'). "

What do I need to do?
