Low quality HTML5 audio on Firefox and Chrome

I'm using version 4.0.2 ,and audio on those two browsers is significantly lower quality than normal. I say only those two cause Microsoft Edge and Internet explorer worked fine in this aspect.

I don't know if it's due to the browsers themselves or a issue with Stencyl
