I'm getting "Unexpected Problem" when creating a Background, i just installed the program and used it for the 1st time using tutorials, but when i create Background the program gives me 4-5 error windows in a row and then it gets laggy until i close the Background. It happens only with the Background and not Actors etc. I import the Space one used in the tutorial  but it happened with another one i downloaded from Stencylpedia too. (v4.0.2)

In the error I see

Code: [Select]
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unloaded animation
at stencyl.sw.data.EditableAnimation.imagesMustBeLoaded(EditableAnimation.java:466)

Further up in the log file I spotted this, which looks pretty suspect:

Code: [Select]
C:\Users\Ultimo\AppData\Roaming\Stencyl\stencylworks\games\1st\resources\0-0.png isn't a png image

Is it possible for you to reproduce the error? If so, could you specify the exact steps you take to arrive at the error (and share the problematic background file if it only happens for a certain one).

It occurs when i first upload the background or when i reopen it from the Dashboard (and focus on it), at first i only see a gray image to where my background was supposed to be shown. Then if i try to focus on another tab and then focus again on the background tab, i get the "Unexpected Problem" and if it is the first time i'm uploading it, i have to press "Don't show again" like 5 or 6 times for the error message to go away, if i just open it from an already saved file, it goes away with one click. If i close and reopen the background tab, sometimes i get and infinite loading box that won't go away, but if i create another loading box and replace it, i will disappear (e.g. Save Game). Some times when i try to close the tab and it tries to save before closing, i get an infinite "Saving" loading box, that sometimes goes away only with restart. If i leave the background tab permanently open/closed it won't make any problems, but still i won't have any background to my game. It happens with more than one backgrounds but i downloaded a background that works fine.

edit: I managed to make the background i want, to "work", I opened the working (good) background with Photoshop and then i threw my (not working) background on top of if and saved it as a new png... and it worked... but it doesn't work just like that. I have to save my game as soon as i upload the background, and then reopen the Stencyl and attach my background to my Scene. If i try to attach it or mess with it without restarting the program, it still gives me "Unexpected Problem" sometimes and it will be shown gray when attached. Maybe it has to do with the PNG settings and my PC but i don't know about that image stuff.

Can you provide the specific background file that doesn't work?
