Bug Issue: Spining actor doesn't move with collision box

So i've got this collision box set up for an actor in my game. I am trying to make a stealth game where the enemy has a specific "eye sight" which is a colission box. The enemy needs to rotate as this is an essential game element. However, whenever I use the block "Spin actor" or "turn actor" (i've tried both), only the sprite moves and the colission box stays in the same place, effecively ruining the idea, since the player detects a collision with the enemy, and that is how he dies.

Is the Actor Mode set to Normal?

He wasn't, so thanks for the help. I had simple physics on anyways, so that also probably caused it, Again, thanks
