Ask a Question / WHY CANT I INSTALL?!

I ran the installer, and then it lanuched stencyl, but theres no shortcuts, no created folder (theres one called ".stencylworks" but its empty, the stencylworks folder has no application just the games folder and stuff) , nothing! PLEASE HELP!

I ran the install program and after it "installed" it launches, but if I close it I there is no stencyl program and to run it I have to install AGAIN, help? Thanks.

I cant make games It wont load!.
I will start but then it will do that thing where it says "Saving..." and loads but it never finishes loading!

I cant use stencylWorks anymore!
everytime I open it I have to reinstall it!
Does anyone know how to fix this?
