Yes, this was part of the last AdMob update in March. We should be good here.

By November 1, 2023 version 4 will be deprecated and any updates to existing apps will first require you to migrate to PBL version 5 or newer.

That's a separate issue (Play Billing Library, not AdMob), and that was covered in 4.1.0-beta3/b11870 on October 6th.
