I can't drag n' drop/import files

I can't drag n' drop/import files to Stencyl which means i can't  use the crash course/samples.

Specifically where and what are you trying to import via drag and drop?  Also go to Debug > Logs > Generate Logs and attach the ZIP file using the button on the right side of this page.

That isn't enough detail.

If you tried doing this right after installing Stencyl, it doesn't work at that time because Stencyl has elevated permission if you run it from the installer. Close Stencyl and open it normally, and you should be able to drag and drop files into the game listing.

Also, you can use the "File > Import Game" menu item to import games instead of dragging and dropping.

Does "didn't work" mean nothing happened, or did you get an error message?  Regardless, attaching logs would help a lot.

Also is it normal for stencyl to keep installing when i open the app?

No.  Are you sure you're clicking on the launcher and not the installer?
