Bug Issue: Dose not let me sign in

In the welcome center whenever I try to sign in the sign in button is unavailable. This annoying me as I can't access my subscription

Go to File> Sign in , you should find it there :

@felixthecat56 Does Donni's suggestion help? If you're on the sign-in dialog, make sure you are entering your username and not your email.
