I've found some other strange things about 10925.
When I open it, the 10925 create the downloaded component into temp windows folder. Furthermore the 10925 create folder with strange name in subfolders (for example in lime folder).

I've attached a new screenshot for this

P.S.: in this connected with an older changelog about
Quote
Fix error when doing a clean build of an android game. (caused by 4.1.0-beta3/b10904)

For existing beta users, this fix also requires one manual step: in Stencyl, go to Tools > View Folder > View Downloaded Components, open haxelib/lime/tools and delete the tools.n file there before testing

The problem turned out to be that Stencyl was installed to a non-writable folder, which erroneously causes Stencyl to think it's a full install instead of the small multiplatform distribution, and that prevents the necessary rebuilding of the lime and hxcpp tooling.
