Concerning the link to your other app I think you can actually use the URL of you app (from ITunes) and make a link to that
I think it should open app store on your app straight away.

I did not look into this, but I suspect the process is the following

When Life counter = 0
Prompt for iAP to purchase life
check return of sucessful purchase
if success then life counter = Life + x (depends on what they buy or what you want)

Does that work out ?

I am looking at some samples..

For example I guess this is done with some kind of template.. maybe I can use that


I am sure there are many ways.. but here I am looking for quick pointers on making my first game video.

I have the "perfect" scenario planned in my head, where I kind of tell a story along with some gameplay video..
And I guess the other way is simply let the game speak for itself. capture enough gameplay and not more than a coming soon to iOS at the end..

Can someone help out with giving me some easy steps to capture the video, I was hoping to get it from Simulator.. and not have a camera film the fingers of someone playing.. and maybe edit ?

In my perfect scenario I have cut scene text.. Imagine this
Here is John (zoom in to picture of John), he has a problem, can you help him out (show John Thumbs up!) start gameplay video.. add some pop up text (quick pick up game, fast paced action, etc..) "You think it's easy?" (show hard mode gameplay) try to beat all levels, and play infinite and try to beat your friends !  Coming soon to iOS   ...

Eventually I have just "NOW on IOS"  ent.. change just the ending to match with release..

Are you actually a woman or this was just a screen name to present the tutorials ?

Personnaly I am a women gamer and I don't really advertise it, I mean who knows right I don't want success JUST because I am a woman, but if it helps good.. but I am rather affraid of it it doesn't help or even hurt ...

I agree.. you should say this is you, go there to kill that guy, then go there to exit the level.

Then I got to the level with the ship, I entered and exit it, it never highlighted in yellow, I have no idea what that look down does.. So maybe the level is broken or I am missing guidance to "complete" it

I see you have your game on it is set with a date in august .. is that intentional ?
also I have a question if you put your game on preapps, do you have to allow for beta testers on can it be used just to promote the launch ?

Are you trying to do something like you have x life counters and when all of them are gone you only get the new life in x minutes (ie candy crush and others) ?
