Have you tried restarting your computer? Also, try removing whatever you added before this started happening and see if that helps.

On your tileset, change the collision for the slope tiles to a triangle. Chances are they are still at the default collision setting of square.

Check your physics. If that doesn't work than upload screenshots so that we can see exactly what you mean.
