When you place an actor on a scene, hit the "Inspector" tab and check "Customize", all the non-hidden attributes of that actor instance will revert to the default value of those attributes.
Actors with instances customized before this build (at least from 10658 or older) kept their values.
Sample game:
Open the "Test Scene", place the "Test Actor", and turn on instance customization. Note the difference between the attributes from the instance and from the actual actor type. The attributes that have "Default" in their names have default values set in the behavior. The others don't.
