Purchases Extension on Android not working

Hi,
as discussed on Discord (https://discord.com/channels/209323692205932544/227870283749523459/1302941735676284928) , seems that I'm not the only one that purchased on Google isn't working, and a solution is to modify two lime-templates :

- build.gradle (plaf\lime-templates\android\template\app)

- AndroidManifest.xml (plaf\lime-templates\android\template\app\src\main)

Is this a bug ?

Those changes don't really make sense. I believe that the user in question simply didn't have the Purchases extension enabled properly within Stencyl.

Settings > Extensions > Purchases should be enabled, and then in the Dashboard sidebar, Purchases will be visible, and on the Purchase page there, "Enable Purchases" needs to be checked.
