Old Questions (from 1.x/2.x) / iOS Simulator Not Running

I made my first iOS game today and my iOS Simulator isn't running... I've looked up various forum posts about this already and tried all of the fixes I could find, but nothing has worked.  Forgive me, I'm extremely new to Stencyl so I don't know all of the commands yet.

I have the iOS Simulator (v 4.3) and the newest versions of Stencyl and Xcode (downloaded today).
