Bug Issue: Layer blend modes not working properly on html5/ios/mac

Trying to use multiply blend mode on a layer with a white circle actor above a black square actor.

In Flash, this works as expected, the white circle cuts a hole in the black square. On Mac/html5/iOS, it does NOT cut a hole in the black actor. Instead, the white actor disappears, as it seems Stencyl is only applying the blend mode to the actor, not the scene as a whole.

I've attached screenshots of Flash/Mac/html5/SceneDesigner.
I've also attached a Stencyl test project.
