My on screen buttons that control the direction the character walks occasionally stick and make the character continually walk in that direction until you tap that button again. How can I stop my buttons from sticking?

I made on-screen buttons to control my player and they work fine in the simulator for my scenes that are the standard screen size but for every other scene with a size of more than 15 X 10 tiles the buttons dont show up in the simulator. The size of the scene may not be a factor but thats the main difference i noticed. How can i make these buttons show up in the simulator?

Ask a Question / teleporting character problems

I would like to make my character teleport to different areas in the scene upon hitting a region, and i got it to work by setting the x and y coordinates of the actor to a specific spot but it only works when that spot is in the visible screen where the region was. How can I make the actor transport to other places within the scene that aren't in the immediate screen?

I downloaded a jumper actor from stencyl forge with a number of platforming behaviors already on it and these behaviors do work in the game but the animations for each behavior will not work even when specific animations were chosen for the "choose animation" spot. How do i fix this?

Ask a Question / Wall jumping angle

I am making a game that uses wall jumping a lot but I realized after downloading a couple different wall jumping behaviors that the character wont jump at an angle off the wall, just straight up along side it. I did put in different numbers for the "jump right angle" and "jump left angle" but they don't make the character jump at an angle OFF the wall. other angles do work though like when i put in 90 the character will be forced downward from the wall and when i put in 180 the character will be forced toward the wall he is jumping from.
