This shouldn't be difficult to do.  Do you want the screen to 'jump' as though it.s snapping to a grid, or slide about instead?

I have a 1200 px wide scene and the screen has 640px. I want the player to move the screen for the scene as if pushed with mouse. you see?

I also thought it would be easy, but everything I tried did not work.
