Ok so I waited for more than 30 minutes and now I'm stuck on "Sending to Device..."
I edited the first thread so download the zip folder and look at the logs to see what the problem is.

You sure it's actually stuck compiling? Mobile games take a very long time to compile on the first try. My android game took nearly half an hour.

Oh, I didn't know that, I'll try that and see if it works if I wait for it to complete compiling

Please post your full logs: Debug -> Logs -> Generate Logs.

An please, edit your original post instead of adding multiple replies. it's way easier to read.

But like I said in the reply in your personal message to me asking the same thing, you need Java 6, not 8.

not meaning to confuse anybody or anything, but i have java 8 and it works like a charm. 

Maybe I didn't plug in my Android to the computer right

Should I disable Java 8 instead of uninstalling it from my computer?

When I tried to test my game, it's stuck at compiling.
Windows 7
Android 4.4.2, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3
Java 8, I'm not sure why it says the right version since testing games for Android requires Java 6
