Does anyone no a good free resource online where you can create art or characters to use in games. I have used paint so far but you can only create thing that take up the whole page so as a result everything has to be rectangular. Thank you in advance.

i want the animation to change to "flashing" after a random amount of time in between 3 and 6 seconds however it isn't working and i cant figure out what i have done wrong. i have attached a screenshot of the events.

when entering the events for the second crash course game (invaders) i had to close stencyl for a few minutes. when i reopened it I couldn't see any of the events even though they still must exist due to the game working when i hit test. How can i see the events again?
