Nothing really jumped out at me -- but I'm curious if collision with the left wall triggers "bottom was hit" instead of "left side was hit". Have you tried putting print statements in the collisions and seeing if they're registering correctly?

You know I didn't even think about that.  I'll check that out.

In my platformer I'm currently working on wall jumping/climbing.  When my player jumps on a wall facing right it works perfectly.  He clings to wall, the animation works, and when you push up he goes upward.  The same cannot be said for if he's facing left.  He sticks to the wall but pushing up doesn't really move him upward.  If I do get him to jump he jumps upward away from the wall and the animation seems to be flipping through the wall climb and jump motion and no I don't have any extra frames added to the animation.  I've looked over it a bunch tried changing a few things.  This is my first game and i'm pretty new to stencyl.   The collision and groups are set up right so it's something in the code but i'm not sure what.  Perhaps a different perspective will help.  Thanks!
