That is strange could it be the device itself? I know you need OEM drivers on Windows but the device didn't have any on Samsung's website so I switched to a Mac which doesn't require OEM drivers and I got the same error.

I'm going to assume its the device itself but I'm assuming there is no other solution other than try another device?

OK I have switched to a Mac now if that makes any difference but I still get the same error. Also I will post the full logs here.

I'm trying to compile one of the sample games specifically the one called labyrinth however I get this error in the log. By searching through the forums it seems to be a memory problem however the device 0.7 gb left and the Labyrinth game is way too simple to be large. What is the solution for this error?

Code: [Select]

Does this work with mobile?

A very good read that info about posting in Facebook groups is something you can't find on the internet.

Ask a Question / Re: How do I smoothly slide or swap tiles/actors?

Its not Stencyl but if you understand the code you will get exactly the result you're looking for.

Thanks you offered a solution without the use of custom blocks.

Let's say I have an actor and another actor is at a certain position preferably without using custom blocks how would I detect if they are the same animation?  Since my actors are in fixed positions they have definite x and y coordinates which is how I want to detect. There is a block for checking the current animation of self but there isn't a block for actor at position.

To make things clearer its similar to match 3 however the kit I downloaded uses custom blocks which don't go well with my own engine.

Resolved Questions / Re: How do I locate and fix the error #1010 ?
« on: August 20, 2014, 05:39:40 pm »
Instead of finding the error in the code which seems just fine it seems the error is only triggered when I do something that shouldn't happen such as being able to click in a part of the screen that shouldn't exist. Thanks for the help anyway

Never ran into this before and I don't understand what the error means. This seems to happen randomly in my game but happens often enough to be problematic.  So am I supposed to actually edit the source code since it seems to be an actionscript error?

Code: [Select]
TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.

at com.stencyl::Engine/onUpdate()[C:\Program Files (x86)\Stencyl\plaf\haxe\lib/stencyl/1,00/com/stencyl/Engine.hx:2725]

Well I guess I have figured out the solution. Thanks for the help.
