Ask a Question / Can't access game attributes from scene events.

I've done a bit of searching and I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong.
If I make an actor within my scene I can tell it to draw a game attribute to the screen.
However if I just try to add an event to my scene no game attributes show up.

There's what I mean, no submenu under game attributes. when it's usually like picture below.
