Hi guys,
Please take out a couple of minutes of your time to check out HELPaFELLA Entertainments concept and ideas about mobile games.
Today, is the start of "Break Cancer"-week in Denmark. A whole week with focus on fighting cancer, and it ends with a big Tv-show hosted by Tv2. In HELPaFELLA Ent. we combine entertainment with charity - therefore you can help a good cause, just by playing our (free) games, and we will donate 50 % of ad-revenue generated in our games.
It is our idea to support different kinds of charities through our games - and for now, it is cancer that we want to break, with help from the mobile-game community!

Please check out our website to read more:

And go try our apps!:

We have other games on the way and would very much like to hear your opinion about both games and concept!

i had one some time ago; where the advertiser had payed 26 or so and i got 18, pretty wild prices.

Congratulations on that then! :)

Thanks a lot!
Hope it goes well for the game, is this your first game for IOS?

Trail is the right word for it!

I have it set like this

First there is an initial Y value that the colored ball has to be at

For example 60Y

So when the colored ball reaches 60 Y it creates it's first particle.

Also when it reaches 60 Y it sets 60 Y to 60+20Y or 80Y

Then it creates another particle when it reaches 80 Y and sets the next position to 100Y and so on.

Does that make sense?

It does indeed and this particle decreases in size over time?

Thanks! How do you mean? Like when you score how the balls turn white and fade out and then it creates another one?

Nah, I'm not sure what the english expression is but I'm thinking about the "trail" they leave behind while moving so i guess it is their moving animation; it looks like they shoot out white balls which decrease in size :)

Very neat game indeed, good fun, nice simple graphics and all in all a very nice game to try out :)
- can i ask you how you made the white balls that decrease in size and shoot out while the colored balls are moving?

Ask a Question / Life bar like Timberman or Totem smash

Hi Guys,

Im very interested in getting a Life bar like the one in timber man or the one in totem smash. My initial thought was to make a bunch of animations to make it look smooth but then i thought that there must be a better way to create one but I'm on a bare ground in this i thought to use the image blocks but then got lost in trying.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? any help appreciated greatly :)

Thank you guys!

Extensions / Re: [iOS & Android] RevMob Extension [2.0]
« on: August 08, 2014, 09:04:19 am »

Good job! nice to have this for IOS as well! :)
With the possibility but not the intention to sound unappreciative; is there any possibility that the banner function will be available in the extension any time in the future?

In the future yes. Now I must go back to my projects. RevMob banners don't generate that much revenue. Interstitials are better. And Chartboost is waaay better than RevMob.

I just had a read around the web so to say, and found the same thing. Further more we're already using Chartboost and it is generating alright nothing much, yet ;) but hopefully later...

I've just tried to implement RevMob but my build fails whenever the extension is enabled when i disable it builds fine, can i have done something wrong?

Hi guys,

I know that this only relates to Facebook but i wanted to ask you guys anyway since it is about opening the app rather than safari.

Since the Facebook extension is not working properly (as i understand from the thread regarding it) I have found another way to post a score onto a players wall. Thanks to ertsgaming for explaining most of the details. The only thing is that I'd rather have the native app to open than the safari version of Facebook (more convenient for the user). I have no idea on how to get this to work so I hope some one can :)
I have attached what i have so far ;)
