i know how to add actors, but i need help with this!!!11!!!!!

I made a logo and put it in as an actor, and when i try to put in the logo in the stage, it won't go in, no matter how many times i click! 

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I can't figure out how to switch scenes! please tell me the block coding for that!
I already have "IF Mouse button clicked" thing, but i don't know the coding for it! HEEALP!!
