Ask a Question / pre-shipped behaviors missing

like the title says,
for whatever reason, I can't seem to find the pre-shipped behaviors.
to add to that, I'm also missing things such as the crash course kit.
any help is appreciated

I have an issue,
I can't find any of these behaviors nor any of the starter kits.
the only behavior I have is the one I made.
