Does anybody know how to program for a 3rd person racing game? Like f-zero https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d1/SNES_F-Zero.png

Is that even possible on stencyl?

I made the sprites for the character. But the moving backdrop seems impossible to make.
Help someone.
