I am not by any means a power user of stencyl but I have read that certain versions of the flash player can affect your performance, all I can advise is to make sure you are running the latest from adobe.

Hello, I'm new to stencyl and liking what I see so far!

However I cannot find the Design Mode Intro game that the tutorial is mentioning and have tried searching the forge to no avail, can someone please point me in the right direction.. thanks

EDIT::I have tried searching for games and kits but i still can't find anything, a quick Google for it turned up another forum post here mentioning it used to be in a guides section that has been removed and that it would be moved to games, has this happened yet or am I going full retard and just can't see the thing

MORE EDIT::I went ahead and created the necessary resources for the tutorial and it worked fine, for anyone else stumbling across this issue, assuming you have worked your way through the crash course, simply create 1 actor (I used the pronger from the crash course) and at least 2 tiles within a tileset ( I created some grass for the floor and a rock as the collision object) remember to set the collision box for each tile. Then create a simple scene with a floor and two obstacles for your actor to collide with. Then simply follow the tutorial!
