Has anyone had any luck using this lately? It doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Ask a Question / Re: Playing Sound Effects in Sequence

That sounds like exactly what I am looking for.

I guess I'll have to wait.

Thanks for the response.

I am trying to create a background music behavior that will play 3 different tracks, one after another and then loop back to the start.

Play Track 1
Wait til Track 1 is finished then
Play Track 2
Wait til track 2 is finished then
Play Track 3
Wait til track 3 is finished, then go back to track 1.

Is there a good way to detect when a track(sound/music) has stopped playing?

I would prefer to do this within stencyl, so I do not have to manually mix all the different combinations into mp3s.

I could also do this with timers, but that is somewhat cumbersome.

The new exe helped a little bit. I ended up splitting them into different behaviors. Thanks for the help.

Ask a Question / StencylWorks slows down to a crawl

I am currently working on a rather long scene behavior and Stencyl is freezing up/slowing way down whenever I try to drag or change anything inside the behavior.

Is there something I can do to fix this? Is this just a limitation of Stencyl? (I should only be writing very short (Less than 100 lines) beahviors)

Mind you, the execution of the behavior is fine. It is just working on it in Stencyl that is painful.

I'm running Windows 7. 3.4ghz quad core, 8 gigs of ram, SSD. It doesn't even appear to use up all 8 gigs of ram according to the task manager.
