I tested and re-uploaded newer versions. They should work now but if you have anymore problems then post again here and i'll check it out.

Attached below is a behavior with a connected Global Block that functions as a mouse leave screen Boolean.
Honestly it's inconsistent but It's all I could think of.



Edit: This is the  Global Block event.

I updated the RPG Elements pack to work with stencyl 3.4 beta and put it on forge as "RPG Elements_2016", of course all props  go to Luyren.

Edit: I learned Forge was partially phased out so I added the updated versions I made for Luyren's RPG Elements and Cutscene pack here .
