Wow, tough situation. I joined Stencyl just 4 days ago, and I already know much about you from your tutorials and kongregate page. 
Your tutorials were a great help and I am already fond of Stencyl. I originally was going to use Unity3d to make flash games but my graphics card is too old and your tutorials made me like Stencyl. <3

It starts to be a mess. I would like to be able to create folders like "Finished Demos", "Work In Progess", "Stencyl Demos", etc.
I agree here, it would be helpful.
