Teaching with Stencyl / Stencylforge not working with site license

My school purchased a site license of Stencyl.  Stencylforge is not allowing students to download assets.  It recognizes some students as legitimate users (they can download assets), but other students, Stencyl only recognizes  as a guest that need to be signed in.  Having the license, it does not give students an opportunity to sign in.    I have been waiting 4 weeks for a fix through Stencyl.  The customer support is lacking.   Any ideas??
