Fixed Bugs (3.x) / Re: Issue with Android testing becoming laggy?
« on: March 27, 2014, 05:53:13 am »
Thanks for your reply.
Mine runs fine when all sounds are removed too.

5
Fraz - what exactly was the fault with one of your sounds? I'm having the same problem on Android with the frame rate becoming more choppy the longer I play, but no problem using Flash. Removing some sounds improves it but soon I'll have no sounds left!

iPhone / iPad / Android / Contract, traditional card game (Android)
« on: February 28, 2014, 08:12:31 am »
Contract, a traditional card game of prediction and sneaky tactics, is now available for Android. This is a slightly revamped version of the one here on the Stencyl site - due to (un)popular demand the AI players' turns now happen automatically!

Amazon:

Google Play:

There are links to episodes 1 and 2 (not made with Stencyl) in both games in case you want to play those first. For quickness, start Doc Star, click the cog button and the links are on that page.

Thanks a lot, spoogob.
I'm glad someone likes it and is willing to put a bit of time and effort into trying it out, unlike the instant-gratification-no-text-please players on Kong it would seem.

Hi to you too  :D

Toxers: Zero Watch, my new turn based search-em-up RPG:

http://www.stencyl.com/game/play/19152

It's a sequel to Toxers: Escape From Metropolis Isle (which wasn't a Stencyl game). This one was made entirely by me, apart from the sound, using Stencyl 2.2

Also on Kongregate:

http://www.kongregate.com/games/monkeydoodledo/toxers-zero-watch

Stencyl 2.2: I added some actors to a scene in the scene designer and some were created at runtime, all at the Front.
When I created an actor at runtime at the Back it appeared ON TOP of the actors added in the scene designer.
When I added this actor in the scene designer instead, right clicked, Send to Back, ran the game, again it appeared ON TOP of the actors added in the scene designer.

In both cases the rest of the actors created at runtime were on top as they should be.

To get around it I had to go into the scene designer, delete all the actors, add this actor first, then add the others again.
