You should leave the reset button visible always... sometimes you fail and have to wait till the smiley ends moving... and it can take long... Nice work!.

Rule #1 of video games design: In case of doubt add zombies. If that doesn't works, add more zombies.

I think you should add some sound effects like when you throw the balls or when blocks got hit... yo need to feel that kind of feedback when playing i think.

It´s not bad for a first game. You may redesign it so the player can follow the mouse. It could be funnier if you add some weapons, as only dodging zombies is fun only a few minutes. And in the start menu, I can´t see the options until I hover over them. Use a brighter color for the un-hover state.

Thank you very much for your advices, i will fix the menu, and i am planning to make a much bigger game borned from this with levels, more features and more objectives. So i will keep in mind all your suggestions!!!

Hello fellow stencylers!!! Finally y finished my very first game... starting from 0 knowledge in this matter i built this simple avoidance game. I hope you enjoy it a little bit and i'll be looking forward for your comments and opininons... I only used the "8way movement" and the "camera follow" behaviors cause i wanted to learn more about events and programming since i didin't have any idea about it.

Thanks and Be happy!

Ask a Question / Re: FONTS
« on: November 21, 2012, 09:03:18 pm »
Hello.

Fonts are a game resource... you can make different kinds of fonts (typography) and use them to show written things in your game, like for example a "game over text", of a timer in your HUD. A font determines how TEXT elements looks like in your game
