Had this happen tonight. Seems that if you bind an asset to an atlas (lets say ID of 9) and export it. The same atlas ID will be expected when placed within the new game. This will cause an error in both testing the game in Windows (assets won't load, tested with sounds), and will cause Stencyl to bugger out when trying to select the resources tab in the atlas manager if the expected atlas ID is not present in the new game.
