Enable Multitouch for HTML5

I could successfully enable multitouch for html5 by editing Script.hx and Input.hx following LetMeThink suggestions  in this thread: http://community.stencyl.com/index.php/index.php?topic=46244.msg257642#msg257642
Could you please include these little changes so I don't have to edit those files on every Stencyl update?
