When testing project files from your stencyl-education-kit-1.0 using Stencyl 4.0.1 Build 10300 on Windows 10 x64 machine:

The project had a configuration issue. Project scales had 3x disabled, but web scales (used by flash) had 3x enabled. I've updated Stencyl to ensure that that misconfiguration is fixed when the project is opened in b10393.
