b10321 on Windows 10, happens on Flash and Windows Standalone.
To reproduce:
1- Enable bigger project scales (x2 in my case)
2- Import an animation with one frame to an actor (animation 1)
3- Copy that animation (animation 2)
4- Add other frames to animation 2
5- Delete the copied frame
I noticed that when I went to the resources folder of my game, the x2 image files had the frame from animation 1 as the first frame, pushing all frames of animation 2 (and removing the last frame). Playing the game at x2 shows the faulty animation, with that deleted first frame still there.
I had to disable x2 project scale, clean project and remove unused files, enable x2 again and reopen my game.
I usually do those steps when importing animation to only configure the collision bounds once. I then copy the animation over and over for all the animations.
Sample game: press enter to switch animation. You'll notice the animation that plays, and the one at the actor's appearances tab, are different. I've also attached the animations to be reimported, if the sample game doesn't present the issue (I recommend increasing the frame duration to 500 ms), as well as a screenshot of the resources folder, showing the x2 animation with the wrong frames. After following those steps and creating the animation, set it in the attached behavior.
