Can't install Stencyl to a path with spaces in it

May be macOS-only.

If Stencyl was installed to `/my/path with spaces/stencyl`, for example, when trying to run haxelib, you get this error:

[haxelib] Uncaught exception - load.c(181) : Module not found : /my/path

I can confirm now that this was a mac-only issue. It came about as part of our work getting Stencyl notarized on macOS.

This is fixed in private build 10615, and will be available in public release 4.0.4.
