This was broken in version 4.0.3.
Stencyl now use the bundled copy of Neko directly again, instead of installing it. However, at the time that change was made, I forgot to update the plaf/haxe_xcode script that Stencyl uses to launch Xcode.
I've removed that script and replaced it with a simpler one that just launches Xcode with the environment it's been passed from Stencyl.
This change was made in private build 10651, and will be available in public release 4.0.4.
