Bug Issue: Blocks - actor type leaves the screen

When I using block: Actor type leaves the screen, its work perfect in 9000 version, but now, if actor leaved right side of the screen, I not see any events(for other side is it work, but not sure)

I am unable to reproduce this problem.  Do you have a sample game I can check out?
